Integration Configuration

PartsSource

To ensure data security, the integration must be configured on the PartsSource side, on behalf of the Client and CMMS System. Once this is configured, PartsSource will provide a credential set to the Client (or applicable CMMS / Implementation Partner). These will be input within the PartsSource Integration configuration section of the client’s CMMS. The PartsSource credential set will include:

  • Company ID (this is the ID for the top level Heath System)

  • Subscription ID

  • Subscription Password

CMMS / Client

As part of the configuration implementation, the following client specific info will need to be provided to PartsSource.

  • CMMS Event Endpoint URL

  • Username

  • Password

Note: If the URL is universal to the CMMS (does NOT change at the client level) then it’s the CMMS’s responsibility to properly segment the data PartsSource will be transmitting. At a minimum, the username/password must be unique at a client level

Client / User Setup

Each user will also need defined to have a matching identity in the CMMS and the PartsSource Platform. PartsSource does not support generic logins, and all user’s must have a unique identity to use the PartsSource Platform.

  • User ID (assigned by PartsSource)

  • User Email - needs to be the same in the PartsSource and CMMS system.
